Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery (keycaps and headphones have a 14-day return window)

Opened earphones and hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back to our warehouse (customer responsible for return shipping)
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

Special Cases

Defective Products: We will cover return shipping for items received damaged or defective.

Wrong Items Shipped: Contact us immediately if you receive incorrect products.

Promotional Items: Discounted or clearance items may be final sale - check product page for details.

Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Note that your bank may require additional time to process the refund.
